This is a wooden shelter that is created by combining two-by lumber. Diagonal wood creating the form of house-shape bears the horizontal force of the short-side direction. In addition, the pieces of two-by lumber arranged at seemingly random on the wall of long side direction (between the louver-like pillars) bears the horizontal force of the long side direction.
